• No Medical Practitioner Claims: Soul Awakening is a spiritual guidance portal. Its lead practitioner, Dr. Vidisha, is a Ph.D. in Bhaktamar Healing, spiritual guide, and alternative therapist. She is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or mental health practitioner under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. She does not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health disorders.
• Drugs and Magic Remedies Act Compliance: In accordance with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, we do not make any claims of diagnosing, treating, or curing specific medical conditions, terminal diseases, or physical ailments through spiritual, cosmic, or healing interventions.

A. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a healing session, counselling session, or reading. If you are under 18, you may participate only with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

B. Session Booking, Cancellation, & Refunds

• WhatsApp Booking: All bookings are processed through our direct WhatsApp link. An appointment is only confirmed once schedule slots are agreed upon and payment is cleared.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: You must request rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture.
• No Guarantee of Results: Alternative energy therapy results are subjective and vary per individual. No refunds will be provided for completed consultations, readings, or energy alignment sessions on the basis of dissatisfaction with results.

C. Intellectual Property

The design, content, custom graphics, and breathing sequencer logic on this website are the intellectual property of Soul Awakening. Unauthorized replication or distribution of text, custom tools, or graphics without written permission is prohibited.

D. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
